It's the same thing in Hollywood - which is why we have so much garbage. It takes no talent to shoot everybody and blow up everything.
But here is an interesting note - right now out in front of my home (I live in NYC) Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema has come with their 15 or so giant movie trucks to shoot the sequel to that movie "Sex in the City" - I'm not a fan but sex sells (even if its bad!). They are calling the film "Untitled" so a mob won't show up. I can watch from my window but it is mostly trucks that you see.

Having grown up in Australia for most of my life, but still very active and involved in the large and diverse Indian community here, I have had the privilage to have watched a wide variety of movies from both Indian and Western film industries.
I have great respect for both industries and they both have their great points, but it is quite obvious that when it comest to the quality of acting of various types, Bollywood actors are still far behind Hollywood.
However, in quality and substance, the best actor in Bollywood, who I highly respect for his acting abilities is by far Aamir Khan. The others are also very good, but he is the most skilful. As for the most good-looking....I've always liked Arjun Rampal, but John Abraham is a close second.

OK - I admit they are good looking but how about my favorite Khan? I was watching 'Life in a Metro' the other day and I just love Irrfan Kahn. He is a natural - his timing is impeccable. He becomes that character. So if I wanted to hang out and have a great time I'd want him to be my pal for a day!
