Everytime i see mohanlal movies,he just amazed me again and again.For me, Mohanlal is the most versatile actors of all times in Indian cinema, who can do justice to any kind of roles given to him, be it the "sethumadhavan" in Kireedam or "Dasan" in Nadodikkattu or "Kunhikuttan" (Kathakali artist) in Vanaprastham.He has an amazing talent of touching the hearts of people through his natural acting.He is an actor with the ability to effectively portray the character's inner feelings and emotions and express what the director wants, very fast and convincingly. You can feel the pain and joy of the character he portrays on the screen. Many people say there is nothing much to act in that role, because they never 'felt' the acting.Thats why he is known as the best natural actor in the country.

The 20 movies above mentioned but one movie of mohanlal failed to mention that is NO 20 Madrass Mail, such commercial movie but Mohanlal's performance in that movie was stupendous. I have only seen two wonderful actors in malayalam industry ie Mohanalal and Mammooty. They are the gift of malayalam cinema. So dont try to fight comparing them. Try to find their positive side. I keenly watched both actors acting. Mammooty had an expressive facial acting. Mohanlal had perfect natural acting. Both actors have perfect timing in acting. Body shape of mammooty is fine and body movement of mohanlal is fine.
I found that mohanlal and mammooty brought a new face of acting to malayalam industry. Early actors like Shankar's hero roles have been taken by mohanlal not because mohanlal is good looking than shankar but directors found he is a perfect actor than shankar. Mohanlal had another great quality that, when director give instructions to act mohanlal improves the scene by adding his own expressions better than director's instructions that is really apreciated by directors like Priyadarshan. I keenly watched a 1988 movie Irupatham nootandu i found mohanlal had a different kind of acting from others. Other actors like police officers,poor people in a colony,customs officer all of them simply acted like a drama role and gone. Even i dont like the imperfct acting of a charector known as lorence. It may be the problem of director, well also in this kind of movie mohanlal is perfect.Well i think in public mammooty had a charming and very gud comunication languge but mohnlal is a shy type and less talkative, well this isnt a bad quality.
Honestly i had never seen such talented actors even in hollywood.
The only problem of Mohanlal is his body shape. But he can dance and fight fine with that body. If he try some excersise to shape his body. HE will be an ubeatable actor in india.
